We are looking to appoint a passionate, motivated and committed Progress Hub Leader to lead on our achievement provision. Our progress hub is separate to our behaviour support unit and works with pupils who are temporarily unable to attend normal lessons (e.g. due to SEND needs, or on a temporary basis due to injury).

The core purpose of this role is to:
- To support vulnerable pupils in achieving the best possible outcomes by leading and managing our Progress Hub, working closely with pupils, parents/carers and the wider staff team.
- To support the wider achievement team in leading homework clubs, morning and after school tuition programmes and with external and mock examinations.
