The Charity Fashion Show that was organised by the year ten Creative and Media Diploma group proved to be a great success. The show, in aid of Metro Radio’s charity Cash for Kids, was a huge hit with the audience.
At the fashion show current trends for females and males were showcased, from stores in the Metro Centre, including Dorothy Perkin and Burton. In addition to this was an extravagant prom collection from independent designer Anh Mao, who runs her own couture boutique in Gosforth. As well as this there was a fantastic dance performance from some of our students.
Unfortunately copies of the show will not be available to purchase, as there was a technical error with the videoing of the show.
In total £675 was raised for Cash for Kids, this is a fantastic achievement and greatly exceeded our target.
The Creative and Media group would like to extend their thanks to all the staff and students involved with the organisation and success of the show. In addition to this a huge thanks to everyone who attended the event and supported Cash for Kids
