Year 11 GCSE Catering students recently took part in their final practical examination where their culinary skills were put to the test. Students were challenged to prepare and cook a 2 or 3 course meal for 2 persons in 1 1/2 hours.
Students excelled especially in their presentation which can be seen from the photograph.
