GASTRONOMIC DELIGHTS!

Year 11 Catering Students recently took part in their final practical exams when their skills were put to the test as they produced a 2 or 3 course meal for 2 persons in 1 1/2 hours. Students excelled in their final presentation of dishes as can be seen in this photograph.
